Landlord & Homeowner Gas Inspections

Our Gas Safe Registered engineers are able to inspect your properties, fix any faults, and provide you with a full landlord gas safety certificate.

The UK’s Landlord & Homeowner Gas Inspections are annual checks of all gas appliances and flues in a property to ensure their safety and efficiency. They are mandatory for landlords who rent out their properties, as they are legally responsible for the safety of their tenants in relation to gas. The inspections must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, who will issue a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) after the check.

Homeowners who use gas appliances are also advised to get them checked every year by a Gas Safe engineer, although this is not a legal requirement. Gas safety inspections can help prevent gas leaks, fires, explosions and carbon monoxide poisoning, which can be fatal.
